Writers, Don’t Wait for New Year’s Resolutions

I suppose this advice may hold true for anything you want to start, stop or or change in any way, but I’m focused on writing at the moment–if you want to start producing more work to submit or self-publish, whether it’s the raunchiest, sexiest erotica imaginable or Christian YA short stories written as parables, ,my advice is to start now. Don’t wait for January 1st.

You can make resolutions about how much to produce starting on January 1st. But don’t wait for it–there’s no reason to. Starting now will give you something to publish or submit faster, it’ll give you a bit of confidence as the words pile up, it’ll set you on the path to becoming a better writer and a better producer.
